Winter Tree/Shrub Care

  •  Water as much as possible before/after freeze
  • A layer of mulch or leaves on top of the soil will help keep in moisture
  • Ensure any tree wraps or deer guards are not restricting the stem. These products should allow for air to move between and should NOT be very tight on the stem
